Cancellations & Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
​To help us provide timely care to all patients, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. When we receive sufficient notice - we are often able to offer the cancelled appointment time to another patient who is waiting to be seen.

Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) can significantly impact our clinic schedule and limit access to care for other patients. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you, and when an appointment is missed or cancelled without adequate notice, that time often cannot be filled and represents lost clinical time and resources.

For this reason, appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to the full appointment fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide timely care to all members of our community.
