Karen has been an active member of East Hants for the past 27 years. She comes from a diverse healthcare and fitness background; having practiced as a nurse, a pharmacy technician, an aquatic fitness trainer/instructor, and a lifeguard.
Karen's work experience is outmatched only by her personality! You will always find her with a smile on her face and a welcoming persona. She is an excellent model of customer service and what it means to be a hard worker! Making her the perfect fit for Renew Health!
 

Outside of the clinic, Karen can be found with her five children and husband of 27 years, who recently retired from Dairy Farming.  In her spare time, she can be found baking, gardening, and spending time renovating their dream house!
