Karen has been an active member of the East Hants community for the past 30 years. She brings a diverse background in healthcare and fitness, having worked as a nurse, pharmacy technician, aquatic fitness instructor, and lifeguard.

Karen's wealth of experience is matched only by her warm personality. You'll always find her with a smile on her face and a welcoming attitude. She is a wonderful example of exceptional customer service and a strong work ethic, making her a perfect fit for the Renew Health team.

Outside of the clinic, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband and their five children. Since her husband's recent retirement from dairy farming, they have been enjoying the next chapter together. In her spare time, Karen loves baking, gardening, and renovating their dream home.
