Keni has lived in East Hants her whole life and has always had a passion for staying active. She has been a member at Adapt for the past few years and loves being part of such a supportive fitness community.

Keni has experience working in front desk roles and enjoys welcoming members, helping out where she can, and getting to know everyone who comes through the doors.

Growing up, Keni spent many years dancing, which helped shape her love for movement and fitness. When she’s not at the gym, she enjoys working out with her family and staying active together.
