Keni has lived in East Hants her entire life and has always had a passion for staying active. She has been a member at Adapt for the past few years and loves being part of such a supportive fitness community.

With experience in front desk roles, Keni enjoys welcoming members, helping wherever she can, and getting to know everyone who walks through the doors.

Growing up, Keni spent many years dancing, which helped shape her love of movement and fitness. When she’s not at the gym, she enjoys working out and staying active with her family.
