Born on the South Shore, Ashley recently moved to East Hants and is excited to build connections within her new community through her role at Renew Health.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Acadia University and has worked in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years.

Outside of work, you can often find her exploring the trails with her golden retriever, Rusty, or enjoying time on the lake with friends and family
